The following information together with any references to other parts or documentation of or on this website tells you the terms and conditions and rules applicable to (“Membership”) of a syndicate to play any of the (“Games”), (“Draw based games”), that this company may use from time to time as set out on this website.
You may wish to print a copy of these terms and conditions and rules for future reference, but should be aware that they are subject to change without notice, and it is entirely your own responsibility to ensure that you are always up to date with the latest edition of any information provided by and contained within and on this website.
Definitions
“LoveMyLotto.com” is the trade name and is a website operated by The Jackpot Store Ltd. (The Company) and as such any references to one applies both individually and equally together with the other. Any references to “our, us, we” means either LoveMyLotto.com or The Jackpot Store Ltd, and/or any subsidiary company or domain name used on this website that is owned and/or operated by the company.
“Membership fee” means a payment, the amount of which may be varied from time to time, to become a member of a syndicate, or to retain membership of LoveMyLotto.com
“Active membership” means a period of time and/ or a number of weeks that a member has paid the requisite amount of money in cleared funds, to be a member of a syndicate.
“Chargeback” means the operator of a members payment method (a bank or other such similar organisation) has for whatever reason requested that the Company return relevant sums of money to them.
“Charge backs and Fraud” means deposits, payments and revenues of any nature generated either online or offline by or through illegal means, or any action committed in bad faith to defraud us, including any monies generated on stolen credit or debit cards, and/or collusion or manipulation of the services or systems we provide.
“Company or Organisation” means The Jackpot Store Ltd, a company registered at Companies House in the United Kingdom, Company Number 7145994 and whose registered office is Lodders,10 Elm Court, Arden Street, Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire, CV37 6PA, England
“Club” means The Jackpot Store Ltd and/or LoveMyLotto.com and the “Members” that have successfully made a Full Registration for Membership.
“The Jackpot Store Ltd” together with any of its subsidiaries and websites is a proprietary organisation owned by and for the benefit of its shareholders. The words “Club”, “Members”, or “Membership”, does not confirm any rights or entitlement within the company whatsoever.
“Dormant Account” means an account which a player or prospective player has not logged into or otherwise accessed or used for over 28 days.
“Domain” means any Domain or Website operated by this Company.
“Full Registration” means the process of successfully registering as a player by opening an account or joining a syndicate having providing all required information, and having been accepted by us.
“Game” means any Draw-based game used by this Company, its associated companies and/ or its Domains, or websites.
“Identification Information” means information used to establish the identity of a Player, including information required by the Company to verify the authenticity of that information, which could require the production and inspection of the Player’s passport, drivers licence and utility bills.
“Introductory offer” means any offers worded as” introductory” at the first time of joining The Jackpot Store Ltd or LoveMyLotto.com, and is only available at the time of your first application for membership and the company has an “introductory offer” on offer at the time of your membership application, all such offers being time sensitive.
“Management” means the Directors of the Company and/or any employee of the Company authorised to make decisions relevant to a particular subject.
“Member” means a Player who has successfully joined a Syndicate following Full Registration, and has been accepted by us for Membership of a syndicate.
'Mobile' means a mobile phone that is capable of sending and receiving Short Messages, which is registered on one of the Mobile Networks
'Mobile Play' means a Play which is made by a Player by sending a Short Message containing a Request to participate in a draw to the Company via a Mobile.
'Mobile Network' means any UK mobile phone network that is capable of delivering Short Messages.
'Mobile Number' means the phone number that is held on our system
'Mobile Request' means a Player's request to be entered into a Draw contained in a Short Message.
"Month*" is defined as up to 31 days.
'Offline Direct Debit / Standing Order
The entitlement to participate in some Draw-Based Games for a multiple number of Draws by postal or telephone application.
'Offline Direct Debit / Standing Order Confirmation'
A notification sent by the Company to an Offline Direct Debit / Standing Order Player confirming the details of that Offline Direct Debit / Standing Order Player's application.
'Offline Direct Debit / Standing Order Player’. A person whose application for himself to play Game(s) by Offline Direct Debit has been accepted by the Company.
Online Direct Debit / Standing Order
The entitlement to participate in some Draw Based Games for a multiple number of Draws by utilisation of the Subscription option on the Website.
'Online Direct Debit / Standing Order Applicant’ means a Player who applies to play a Draw-Based Game by Direct Debit / Standing Order via the Website.
'Online Direct Debit Player’ means a Player whose website application to play by Direct Debit has been accepted by the Company and has not been terminated, cancelled, suspended or closed.
“Player” means a person who has successfully completed Full Registration and is legally eligible to participate in the Game and whose membership has not been terminated, cancelled, suspended, refused, rejected, closed or is dormant.
'Short Message' means a message containing numerical or text characters or both, either sent or received using a Mobile.
'Short Message Confirmation' means a Short Message sent to a Player by the Company confirming that Player's Play.
“Subscription” means a subscriber is a member who has requested to participate, in a repetitive, fixed and consecutive manner, in certain lottery syndicate games.
“Syndicate” means a group of “Full Registration” players, participating in a draw based lottery game identified by a unique number, the syndicate having been allocated an identification number by the Company, together with any draw based lottery entry numbers that the Company may allocate from time to time to that syndicate number, and in accordance with the terms and conditions and rules associated and applicable to this company and this website.
Membership
Please read the terms and conditions and rules before applying for Membership, as you will be bound by the terms and conditions and rules therein.
Completion of the Membership application form to “Full Registration”, having successfully registered as a player by opening an account or joining a syndicate, by providing all required information and ticking any of the boxes required to complete Membership, means you understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and rules.
On the Membership application page, “Join now”, you are requested to tick the boxes marked:

This is an obligatory condition of Membership.
Please be aware that failure to accept all of these conditions will invalidate your Membership application and you will be unable to proceed any further.
You acknowledge and agree that in accepting these terms and conditions you do not rely on, and shall have no remedy in respect of, any statement, representation, warranty or understanding (whether negligently or innocently made) of any person (whether or not such person is a party to these terms and conditions).
Application for Membership by either the completion of the online website application form, or by any other means, does not mean that your application has been accepted. Your application constitutes an offer to us and as such is subject to acceptance by us. A Membership confirmation will be sent to you, together with details of your syndicate membership by e-mail, and the draw numbers applicable to that syndicate will be made available to you from the log in page, following acceptance by us and the receipt of cleared funds in respect of fees for syndicate membership.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any application for Membership for any reason whatsoever. Any Membership applicant can apply for a right of appeal against a Membership refusal on the understanding that the Management may refuse to consider the appeal application and reserve the right to suspend, refuse, reject, cancel, or terminate membership or access to this site or any of its associated games or associated companies at any time, without having to give reason.
LoveMyLotto.com organises, manages and operates, correctly constituted syndicates for its members. All of the following conditions are properly correlated and recorded by the company:
- Appointment of a syndicate manager.
- Maintenance of records clearly identifying:
- Ensuring that all members of a syndicate pay an equal amount for each syndicate membership and number of week’s participation, with the exception of any entries maintained by the company in order to constitute a proper syndicate.
- That any distributable winnings are shared equally between the syndicate members.
- In the event of a big win the identity of the members of the syndicate that have opted for “no publicity” will be maintained.
- Historic details of a player’s “active membership” record.
We are a syndicate management company and organise syndicates as defined within this website, the various draw tickets we purchase are acquired in our name or that of an appointed syndicate manager.
We do not purchase draw tickets in your name.
All draw tickets are purchased in advance of any draws for the benefit of each specifically nominated syndicate.
An individual member in a syndicate is purchasing the right to participate in any winnings.
We do not offer to purchase any lottery tickets on behalf of any syndicate members, other than the company or its appointed representative.
We do not promote a lottery and are neither lottery promoters.
We are not a gambling or gaming Company, nor do we sell lottery tickets. We do not operate a lottery, other than free to enter draws, which we may or may not operate from time to time.
You may cancel your Membership at any time by giving not less than 28 days notice in writing at the “contact us” address or by email
For the avoidance of doubt your Membership will not apply to any Draws made after the date of cancellation of your Membership and you shall not be entitled to any monies whatsoever in relation to any Draws after such date.
During the notice period you will be eligible to participate in syndicate entries in Draws for which we hold Fees in your account but no further Fees will be payable or accepted by us.
We make no warranty that the services provided by us in relation to your Membership will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. In the event of any system or communication error in relation to the generation of syndicate numbers we will not be liable to you as a result of any such errors and we reserve the right to withhold the payment to you of any Prize in such circumstances.
We are not connected to or approved by any of the companies, organisations, or any other bodies that are related to any of the draw based games that are used in the organisation and management of our syndicates, and which draw based games may change from time to time.
This Company is an entirely independent operation and any resemblance to actual lottery companies or operators of draw based games is purely coincidental.

Restrictions on Use
You must not register or seek to register with The Jackpot Store Ltd or Lovemylotto.com nor place or seek to place any bet or wager (if applicable), through this website or play any of the games on this website(“games”) for free or for real, if any of the following apply:
- You are under 18 years of age.
- You are not acting as principal and are acting on behalf of someone else.
- You are not legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
By seeking to register with The Jackpot Store Ltd and by playing any of the games you hereby confirm to us that at all such times the above conditions are being met.
Any persons in breach of these terms and conditions and/or any other legal infringement, whether knowingly or not, will not be entitled to collect any winnings and may rendered themselves open to prosecution.
You agree to abide by the rules of the games as published from time to time. Such rules as may be altered without notice and form part of and are incorporated in these terms.
You hereby confirm to us that all information provided to us in your registration and in connection with your membership account and all personal information, whether it is at registration or subsequently, is complete, accurate and not misleading and you agree to inform us immediately if there are any changes to such information.
Registration/Join now
Following registration we will request a password for security purposes. The password that you chose must be kept private and secure by you at all times. Failure to do so could lead to unauthorised activities on your account. Transactions made using your account and password are accepted by us on the understanding that it is you that is logged on and are playing the Games. If an alternative source has accessed your account, we accept no liability for any monies or information lost, changed or misused.
You agree to be solely responsible for all use of this website or any playing of the games through the use of your account and password. You are responsible for keeping all of these confidential.
We reserve the right to ask for proof of age and evidence to verify your identity at any time and may carry out spot checks on our members. We reserve the right to conduct checks against any of the details provided to us including proof of residence. Failure to provide substantiated proof of age or other requested information will result in the suspension of your account. Any monies due or requested during this time will be withheld unless the requested information is provided.
The Jackpot Store Ltd reserves the right to refuse to register you and/or to suspend and/or terminate your registration and/or account at any time in each case in our sole and absolute discretion and we shall not be obliged to provide you with any reasons for so doing. Furthermore, we reserve the right to withhold any payment of monies from or into your account or to you, if there is manipulation of our financial system or suspicion or evidence thereof or a breach or suspected breach of any applicable law, regulation or any of these terms, in each case without providing any reason. Use of any account otherwise than in accordance with these terms or any other abuse of any account is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend and/or terminate your registration and/or account immediately and without consultation, notification or giving reasons therefore in the event that you cause to be published on and/or send via, our website any actual or potentially defamatory, offensive or obscene language or material or if you are in breach, or are suspected of any breach of, any applicable law or regulation or should we deem it in the best interests of The Jackpot Store Ltd to do so. This applies also to your registration details and to a breach of our privacy policy by you.
It is your responsibility to ensure that at all times you comply with all laws and regulations in any jurisdiction where you are located or resident and that you have complete and unrestricted legal right to use this service, and to register and participate in the games or draws.
Updates
You acknowledge that these terms are subject to change by The Jackpot Store Ltd, who reserves the right to change them at any time. Such change shall have immediate effect on this website and you agree to be bound by them.
Further more you agree to be bound by any changes in the law that has an effect upon this website in any way whatsoever, whether such changes have been or not been published on this website.
Price and Payments
You hereby acknowledge and agree that the Fees represent a charge made by us in relation to the provision by us of syndicate management service and not for the purchase of Lottery tickets.
You shall pay to us the Monthly fee set out on the Membership application monthly on the Subscription due date, or in advance, or as appropriate and in advance, the "monthly fee".
The "Monthly Fee" shall be paid to us by you in cleared funds.
The Fees are liable to change at any time, but written notice of such changes will be provided to you no later than 14 days prior to such change. Written notice can mean by e-mail or by a notification change to the price on the website.
Under extremely rare circumstances, fees shown on our site may be incorrect. We will normally verify prices as part of our application for Membership procedures so that, where a fee is less than our stated fee, we will charge the lower amount when providing the Membership Confirmation. If a fee is higher than the fee stated on this site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Membership Confirmation, or reject your application and notify you of such rejection.
We are under no obligation to provide Membership to you at the incorrect (lower) fee, even after we have sent you a Membership Confirmation, if the error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as miss-pricing.
Payment for the Fees must be by credit or debit card, international money order, bankers draft or UK bank or building society cheque. We may accept other payment methods from time to time at our sole discretion.
If a Player gives debit card details relating to a bank (or building society) account held jointly with another person, they accept that Prizes won by that person may be paid into such joint account.
A Player will not receive or be entitled to interest on any Unutilised Funds or on any Prizes.
The payment for the purchase of membership of a syndicate that has been filled in by a member will be made by debiting the members payment method, the details of which were given to the Site during the member’s registration process to the Site. As following the purchase of official lottery tickets by the Company in advance of the draws there is no option of timely cancellation and therefore purchases are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. Your attention is draw to our "Refund Policy".
Subscription Payments
In the framework of the services granted by this Site, there is also operated a service for subscribers, as specified hereafter.
A subscriber is a member who has requested to participate, in a repetitive, fixed and consecutive manner, in certain lottery syndicate games.
When a member becomes a subscriber, then the Site's operating system will bring about that the subscriber will participate in a fixed and consecutive manner, in the various draws at a certain lottery syndicate game or at a certain category, chosen in advance by that subscriber, and that without any additional intervention on the part of the subscriber.
A Member, who has joined the Site as a subscriber, can and may stop or cancel the subscription by giving 28 days notice in writing by normal post or e-mail to the “contact us” UK Administration address of the Company.
From the moment that the cancellation or stopping of a subscription notice will be recorded at the Site, the Site's operating system will stop the subscription and will cease the participant's participation at draws pursuant to the cancelled subscription.
The payment due for the subscription will be in accordance with the number of draws the subscriber will participated in according to the subscription, when for each draw that the subscriber has participated in he will be debited by a sum equivalent to the appearing participation price concerning that draw (a price that can change from a draw to a draw).
By the registration for a subscription the member agrees to all the monetary debits that he will be debited as a result of his participation in draws according to the subscription, even if the debits concerning the later draws will be different from the debit concerning the first draw in which the member has participated in the framework of the subscription.
Each member can join, simultaneously, up to five different syndicates, (for similar lottery draws or different lottery draws or for different categories, subject to availability). In order to enter another syndicate, for security reasons, you will be asked to log out and re-enter your e-mail address and password on each occasion.
If payment of the Fees is not made on the due date for any reason whatsoever (including but not limited to credit card or debit payment card failure), without limiting any other rights we may have, we reserve the right to immediately suspend and or terminate your Membership without any liability to you whatsoever. If your Membership is suspended and/or terminated by us from the date of such suspension or termination (whichever is the earlier) you shall be removed from the relevant syndicate and will not be entitled to any monies generated by any relevant Draws.
Refund Policy
The Company operates a policy of advanced ticket purchase for all lottery draw based games, we therefore have a restricted refund policy as follows; We do not operate a refund policy during any active membership period up to a maximum of 4 weeks, after which, termination is, subject to a policy of notification of termination of membership, by a member giving notification of their intention to discontinue with their membership on a specific date, and requesting a refund, having given us at least 28 days notice. Any refunds are subject to an administration charge.
Chargeback
If a Player notifies his bank (or building society) that unauthorised use of his debit card has been undertaken in relation to his Account and the bank (or building society) requests that the relevant sums be returned by the Company to the relevant Player's bank (or building society) account ("Chargeback"), the Company will suspend the Player's Account and ask the Player to contact the Administration offices, the location and contact details can be found at “Contact us”. The Company reserve the right to debit the Player's Account with the amount of the Chargeback together with any funds that the Player has used to purchase Plays and which are subject to that Chargeback. If that debit results in a negative balance in the relevant Player's Account, the Company reserves the right to recover that balance from the Player and the Player will not be able to make any further Plays unless and until the balance has been so recovered.
Winning payments
Prize money will be paid to winners as soon as possible after receipt of cleared funds from the UK National Lottery, Euro Millions Lottery operator, UK National Savings and Investments Premium Bond draw, and/or any other legally licensed lottery operator we may chose to use from time to time. Please note that prizes of over £50,000 may take longer to process as the method of claiming prizes at or above this level is more involved than normal and will require proof of age and identity.
Prize money of up to £250 will be paid by Postal Order or Cheque and for amounts above £250 by a UK Sterling Cheque, or credited to a Credit or Debit Card in your name used to open your account and deposit funds or to an account that has or is used to make payments to this company.
Other payment methods will be consider including Bankers Draft, Euro Cheque, Money Orders, Bank Wire Transfer, should such an alternative method of payment be requested from a winning member. It will however be at the discretion of the Management whether or not to comply with such a request, having given consideration to the appropriate financial rules and regulations that may apply in such circumstances. In the event that an alternative method of payment is adopted, an administration charge will apply and be deducted from any winnings before payment.
If a Player gives debit card details relating to a bank (or building society) account held jointly with another person, they accept that Prizes won by them may be paid into such joint account.
It should be noted that The Jackpot Store Ltd as the ultimate operator of this site, are in no way associated with any company which asks for payment by email, letter or telephone in order to release or payout prizes won on LoveMyLotto.com. Please note however that you may be asked to provide proof of identity and or age.
Special Draws
Additional games that the Company may or may not offer for inclusion in our standard syndicates, or as a separate game that can be played as a stand alone entry, for which, in either case an additional charge may be made for entry into the game or at the company's discretion be a free or bonus game.
Other
There is no guarantee that a Mobile Request will be received by the Company, or that a Short Message Confirmation will be received by a Player. If a Short Message Confirmation is not received by a Player that Player is responsible for accessing the "My Account" section on the Site and checking whether his Selection has been entered into the draw.
“Players and Prospective Players” are responsible for providing and maintaining their Mobile, for ensuring that their Mobile is secure at all times, for ensuring its connection to the Mobile Network and for ensuring it is properly maintained and is functioning correctly for payment of all charges and fees charged by their Mobile Network operator (including without limitation the cost of any Short Messages sent to the Company and all other charges to which they may be subject).
Entry into more than five syndicates is only permitted, specifically where permission has been granted by the Company to a specific person or persons as nominated syndicate leader, in order to provide a legally constituted syndicate.
It is illegal for people under the age of 18 to buy (or obtain free of charge) or claim prizes in any of these draw based games.
Although all reasonable measures are taken to ensure that each syndicate has different lottery numbers from any other Lovemylotto.com syndicates, this cannot be guaranteed, and in certain circumstances duplication can and may occur. The Jackpot Store Ltd or LoveMyLotto.com or any of its associated companies accepts no responsibility whatsoever in this event.
LoveMyLotto.com reserves the right to refuse an application for membership and/or the transfer of funds from certain Countries or Jurisdictions as the Company may dictate from time to time.
LoveMyLotto.com reserves the right to merge syndicates under certain rare unexpected circumstances.
LoveMyLotto.com reserves the right to provide any other type of alternative legally licensed lottery draw, other than those specifically referred to in these terms.
LoveMyLotto.com reserves the right to introduce and maintain an annual membership fee and to alter such membership at its discretion and without notice.
LoveMyLotto.com reserves the right to alter the number of players in each syndicate at its discretion and without notice.
In all matters the Management’s decision is final.
As a visitor and or player to this site you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Company`s Terms and Conditions and Rules.
Visitors and or players to this site from locations outside the United Kingdom and the Isle of Man do on their own initiative and are responsible for complying with relevant local laws.
The Management reserve the right to suspend, refuse, reject, cancel, or terminate membership or access to this site or any of its associated games or associated companies at any time, without having to give reason.

The Jackpot Store Ltd cannot be held liable for disturbance of the internet or the communication network, including any capacity overload and malfunction of them.
Force Majeure
The Jackpot Store Ltd shall not be in default of any obligation or failure to perform any action or liability, if the failure to perform the obligation is due to any event beyond the company’s control, including, without limitation, significant failure of a portion of the power grid, significant failure of the Internet, natural disaster, war, riot, insurrection, epidemic, strikes or other organized labour action, terrorist activity, or any other events that may affect the normal operation of the company business.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit any person's liability (a) for fraud; (b) for death or personal injury caused by its negligence (as defined in section 1 of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977); (c) for any breach of the terms implied by section 12 Sale of Goods Act 1979 or section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982; or (d) which it is not lawfully permitted to exclude or limit.
Players, Prospective Players and Online / Offline Direct Debit / Standing Order Players acknowledge and agree that in accepting these Terms and Conditions they do not rely on, and shall have no remedy in respect of, any statement, representation, warranty or understanding (whether negligently or innocently made) of any person (whether or not such person is a party to these Terms and Conditions).
In the event of a failure or malfunction of the Companies System, which impacts upon the Player and which has a material adverse effect on any players ability to participate in a or any draw, the Company shall either:
(a) refund to the affected Player the sums paid by that Player in purchasing entry into a syndicate; or
(b) offer the affected Player a place in either the same or another syndicate, for a similar period of time to that perion fof which the Player was unable to participate in a draw or draws.
For the avoidence of doubt, the company shall not be liable under any circumstances for any loss including the loss of prize money due to these circumstances.
The Company may decide which of (a) or (b) above shall apply.
Without prejudice to the above, the Company shall not in any circumstances be liable for any loss of whatever nature, including, without limitation, loss of profits, indirect, special or consequential loss, suffered or incurred by any Player, Prospective Player or Online / Offline, Direct Debit / Standing Order Player, any holder or owner of a Play/Membership, any Claimant or any other person arising from the withdrawal of any Game or from the participation or non-participation of any person in any Game, including the loss, for whatever reason, of the chance to participate in such Game. In particular, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the Company shall not be liable to any person:
(a) for any event beyond the Company's reasonable control including, but without limitation, any act of God, war, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, tempest, power cut and/or failure or obstruction of any network, broadcasting or telecommunications service;
(b) for the failure of, or damage or destruction to, or any errors caused by the computer systems or records of the Company or any third party (including, without limitation, the Site, any third party system and/or the Central Computer System), or any part of any of the foregoing;
(c) For delays, losses, errors or omissions in or made by the postal or other delivery service or by the banking system;
(d) For any other action or event which prevents or hinders the issue of a valid Play;
